One recent customer had LG units installed by another company, with one unit giving constant trouble and a second that failed. That customer said the office got someone out within 24 hours, Lee and his boss brought the LG rep and the supplier to the house within a few days, and the part was installed, restoring a/c in the bedroom after 12 months without it. A different customer said Lee fixed a problem with one A/C unit, explained the issue, and tested the working unit too. For an annual service visit, a customer said Emilio checked everything thoroughly.

A customer wrote that their daughter's central air was installed in a colonial cape house after other companies were cost prohibitive or said AC was not possible there.
