One customer said the company removed a silver maple almost 6 feet wide at the base and 20 feet from the house, then cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had been there. The company's website lists 15 Connecticut towns it serves, among them Milford, Shelton, Orange and West Haven, and offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. Google shows 5 stars from 213 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. A customer with a complex yard said Evan and his team took down 3 trees and sent updates and pictures throughout the job. One customer said a large felled tree was cut and chipped, with all twigs raked up, in under an hour. A customer named Evan as the owner and said he gave a lot of information when he came to the house to remove the trees. A 2026 customer said the first of two trees was removed with a crane that had a saw attachment, and the second tree, behind the house, needed a huge crane. A 2026 customer said Sugar Maples, one with a 9 foot diameter, were removed by lifting long trunk pieces over a 2 story barn without touching the surrounding plants. A 2025 review described a job at Dutch Wharf Boat Yard involving over a dozen trees, where engineered pads spread the weight of the equipment. In a 2021 review, a customer said Evan and his team removed 12 trees and five shrubs and ground many stumps. A customer whose roof was damaged by a big tree branch during a storm said Evan gave an estimate of $7,000 but said he would submit it to the insurance for $17,000, and that the claim adjuster could not get them to lower the amount. A 2022 customer who had a stump ground said Evan did the work at a reasonable price but could have been more responsive via text. **Strengths:** - Large maple removal — a tree almost 6 feet wide, 20 feet from the house - Site cleanup — customers said you couldn't tell they had been there - Crane removal — a 2026 customer described a crane with a saw attachment - A quick quote — a 2026 customer said the quote came within hours **Concerns:** - Insurance estimate — a customer said a $7,000 estimate would be submitted for $17,000 - Text replies — a 2022 customer said he could have been more responsive via text ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Removed a silver maple almost 6 feet wide at the base, 20 feet from the house _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21vNFdVSXpkRGxxU3pWbGNTMTZNMVpSUWt4bWMwRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xc40b6b79e3c9b31!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmo4WUIzdDlqSzVlcS16M1ZRQkxmc0E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Arbor Green removed a massive silver maple in my back yard this week.
