Its website lists air conditioning, boiler, furnace, heat pump, humidifier and thermostat work, and the company says it has been in business 26 years and offers 24/7 emergency service. A recent Google customer said their air conditioning stopped working on a hot day and Ilan came within 20 minutes. A recent customer with a short-cycling HVAC system said Ilan contacted them within 30 minutes of an evening call, came the next morning, and found and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. A recent customer said Ilan worked out the problem, recommended the right part, helped with the order and installed it the same day the part arrived. A recent customer said every other place wanted to sell them a new unit when all they needed was $20 of re-sealant, a hose-down of the compressor and some refrigerant. A recent customer said a new air handler went into their attic, along with a condenser. After an AC repair, a recent customer said he looked at their garage door problem as a favor and found the GFI outlet the opener was connected to had jumped and just needed a reset. A 2026 reviewer described a Heil furnace that stopped on a Sunday evening during a cold snap: Mary Ellen of ATC called the next morning, technicians Eric and Austin traced the fault to the gas valve that afternoon, and Robbie and Austin installed the replacement valve the next day. A 2025 customer wrote that Ilan came out the day after their A/C went out on a Friday evening, had the replacement piece in his truck, and finished in about thirty minutes at a price they called very fair. A 2024 customer said Ilan, the owner, came within 40 minutes on a Friday afternoon after their heater stopped. A 2024 customer whose AC was smoking said the company came within the hour, diagnosed it, and did not charge for the visit because the unit needed replacing. A 2023 customer with no heat said Ilan arrived within two hours and had it fixed within an hour and a half, including a replacement Nest thermostat he stayed to add to their existing Nest network. **Strengths:** - Fast arrival — a recent customer said Ilan came within 20 minutes - Same-day part install — a recent customer said the part went in on arrival day - Repair over replacement — a recent customer needed $20 of re-sealant, not a new unit - A gas valve replacement — a 2026 customer said the new valve went in next day - A waived service visit — a 2024 customer was not charged when the unit needed replacing ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 108 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Around%20the%20Clock%20Air%20Conditioning%20%26%20Heating%2C%20Inc.&query_place_id=ChIJf0MP8RmXwokRdqJtvzDI4N0) — “Google: 5★ from 108 ratings” - Better Business Bureau grade of A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/stamford/profile/heating-and-air-conditioning/around-the-clock-air-conditioning-heating-inc-0111-110081454) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - The company says it has been in business 26 years and offers 24/7 emergency service _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://aroundtheclockhvac.net) — “Stated offer (self-reported): 24/7 emergency service” - [Official Website](http://aroundtheclockhvac.net) — “Self-reported 26 years in business” - A recent customer said Ilan came within 20 minutes when their air conditioning stopped on a hot day _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21ka1FqUm1PREEyZW5sbWNrMWFabEV3Tm5ndE5HYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xdde0c830bf6da276!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmdkQjRmODA2enlmck1aZlEwNngtNGc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Excellent service!
