## The honest read

Arrowdale Enterprises LLC is an excavation company whose website says Connecticut property owners hire it for site clearing, land grading, trenching and foundation excavation. The company says it has been in business for 10 years, and its website lists a service area of Hartford, New Haven, Fairfield, Tolland, Middlesex, Litchfield, Windham and New London.

A recent customer said Drew helped replace a drainage system after the old one crumbled and failed, explained what needed to be done, and made sure everything was repaired properly instead of with a temporary fix. A recent customer said Drew fixed a broken pipe in their septic system, was reasonably priced and came within a reasonable time frame.

A 2025 customer said Drew really helped their buyers when they needed it the most. A 2023 customer said the company put a drywell in for them, coordinated with the plumber on its own, and reseeded and covered the lawn once the work was done. A 2023 customer said they hired Arrowdale to grade out a side yard and deliver and spread topsoil, and said Drew's pricing was fair. A 2023 customer who said they are in the construction business wrote that Drew lined an area of their property with rocks.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0662410, as inactive due to non-renewal, held by Arrowdale Enterprises LLC.

**Strengths:**
- Drainage system replacement — a recent customer said it was repaired properly
- Septic pipe repair — a recent customer said Drew came within reasonable time
- Side yard grading — a 2023 customer said Drew's pricing was fair
