## The honest read

Patios and retaining walls are the jobs people hire Arrowhead Landscape Company for. On Houzz, the company describes itself as a four-season landscape installation and maintenance contractor in Windham, with a service area of Greater Portland and the Sebago Lakes Region.

A recent customer said Arrowhead had completed several projects for them, most recently a hardscape job with three retaining walls to make the front yard more functional. On an expanded paver patio, a customer said owner Jeff Plumer met with them to hear what they wanted, gave a quote they called very fairly priced, and answered emails quickly before the start date.

A customer whose patio went from pea gravel to pavers said the workers moved furniture and heavy decorative granite plinths that were not in the original plan. That customer also said the workers were careful around low voltage lights and electrical lines and left the work area cleaner than when they started.

A customer who has used the company twice said they come on time. A customer thanked Jonathan, Cory, Tyler and Adrianna for the work at their house and called it worth every penny.

On its BBB profile, the company describes landscaping and year-round property maintenance, commercial contracts and some residential work, plus custom hardscapes, landscape design and installation, and snow removal. It holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.

**Strengths:**
- Paver patio work — an expanded patio and a pea gravel to pavers revision
- A retaining wall job — a customer described three walls in a front yard
- Care around wiring — workers minded low voltage lights and electrical lines
- Quick email replies — a customer said the owner answered emails very quickly
