## The honest read

Atlas Clean Air Duct Cleaning cleans ductwork, and its own site pitches the job as a fix for rising energy bills: it says a heating and cooling system has to work much harder to push air through ducts clogged with dust and debris. It holds 4.7 stars on Google from 15 ratings, and the company names Darien as its service area.

A recent Google customer describes a rough start. That customer says an appointment was scheduled and no one showed up, and that when they came for a second appointment, the technician doubled the original quote on the spot. The same customer says this is not a local company and that its customer service is overseas.

A 2025 customer said they were really pleased with how the air duct cleaning turned out. In a 2025 review, a customer wrote that good air quality was noticeable after their work. A 2025 customer said they cleaned the property and left no marks or stains. A 2026 customer called the prices reasonable.

**Strengths:**
- Air duct cleaning — a 2025 customer was pleased with how it turned out
- No marks left — a 2025 customer said no marks or stains were left
- Reasonable pricing — a 2026 customer called the prices reasonable

**Concerns:**

- A doubled quote — a recent customer says the technician doubled it on the spot
- Overseas customer service — a recent customer says it is not a local company

**Where sources disagree:**
- A recent Google customer says this is not a local company and its customer service is overseas, while the company's site names Darien as its service area.
