## The honest read

AVA Fence & Railing LLC builds and repairs fences, and holds 73 Google ratings averaging 4.9 stars. Its website names a service area that includes Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, Norwalk, New Canaan, Rye and Harrison, and the company says it has been in business 10 years. It has an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.

A recent customer says Nazrin and her team installed their fence, and when a tree branch damaged the new fence, she was quick to schedule the team to come out and repair it. A 2026 customer wrote that AVA replaced the fence around the entire perimeter of the property and added a few gates.

A 2025 customer said AVA replaced an existing wood fence with a welded wire, metal post fence to keep dogs from escaping, on a yard full of rocks and hills. A 2024 customer with a sloping lot said each board was cut to size so there were no gaps at the bottom of the fence. A 2025 customer said AVA installed a railing on their porch. A 2025 customer said owner Nazrin Vazirova was there throughout the day to check on how the project was going. A 2025 customer said AVA repaired their wood fence and painted the section at no extra charge. A 2025 customer wrote that AVA honored its original quote when the second part of the project came months later.

A recent customer says the company never followed up after an initial consultation to schedule a fence installation. A 2024 customer said custom items and masonry delayed completion of their project, and that communication could have improved slightly.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0661959, as inactive due to non-renewal, held by AVA Fence & Railing LLC.

**Strengths:**
- A quick repair visit — a recent customer says Nazrin quickly scheduled the repair
- A gap-free fence — a 2024 customer said boards were cut to size on a slope
- An honored quote — a 2025 customer said the original price held months later

**Concerns:**
- No follow-up — a recent customer says no one followed up after a consultation
- A delayed finish — a 2024 customer said custom items and masonry delayed completion
