## The honest read

Car chargers are the job Avila Electrical Services keeps getting called for. The company's site says it is owned by an electrician who launched his own business in 2014.

A recent customer who needed a Tesla Wall Connector said Nelson installed it, made sure the charger worked and cleaned up afterwards. A 2026 customer said Ariel installed a level 2 car charger and the final price matched what they had agreed on. A 2025 customer said Ariel installed an oven and an electric line in the garage for a Level 2 charger. A 2025 customer said Mr. Avila put new ceiling lights and new switches in rooms of their house.

A 2023 customer said Ariel gave an estimate after a video call to see the house, and that the town's inspection was finalized shortly after the install. A 2022 customer said Oscar went to find compatible screws when their Tesla charger came without one for the plate. A 2022 customer said Ariel installed a Tesla charger and added an extra outlet in the garage. A 2021 customer said Ariel, the owner, was prompt from the initial quote to the final installation.

A preservationct.org page lists Avila Electrical Services, LLC among several firms.

It holds an active Connecticut electrician licence, ELC.0199734-E1, under Ariel Avila-Guerrero.

**Strengths:**
- A tested charger install — a recent customer said the installer checked it and cleaned up
- A price that held — a 2026 customer said the final price matched
- A video-call estimate — a 2023 customer was quoted from a video call
