A 2022 solar customer said he answered phone calls and emails very quickly and helped with parts of the project they were not familiar with. The jobs people describe are varied. In a 2022 Thumbtack review, a customer said Josh wired their sauna, which took a long run of wire through the house, extra safety features and handling the inspection. A July 2022 Google review describes Joshua and Danny putting electricity into three new basement rooms, bringing smoke and CO2 alarms up to code and replacing outdoor lighting front and back, with different options offered at fair pricing. A September 2022 reviewer building a solar array as a DIY project hired them to make the electrical connections; Josh, Danny and Todd worked two long days to complete the wiring and installation, and the customer called the work neat and reasonably priced. Smaller service calls show up too. After a heavy, wet snowstorm, a 2023 reviewer lost a panel of lights; Josh Kindsbury scheduled a visit for the next day and repaired it quickly. In a November 2024 Google review, a customer whose smoke detector would not stop beeping said they came, solved it and did not charge for the visit. A 2022 reviewer with an electrical system they called "a bit of a mess" said Josh was patient and thorough getting to the bottom of the problem. On paper the history is short and all positive: 5 stars from 9 Google ratings and 5.0 from 3 on Thumbtack, with written reviews running from 2022 to 2024.
