## The honest read

Bay Restorations replaces roofs and siding and takes on decks, windows and interior jobs, and it holds 4.9 stars from 43 Google ratings. The company says it serves Milford, Easton, Fairfield, Orange and Bridgeport, and describes its family centered team as bringing more than seventy five years of experience.

A customer with a commercial roof said four contractors had come out without resolving the problems before Bay came out and solved them. On its second job for one customer, the company replaced a long-overdue deck, and that customer said the crew cleaned up every day before they left. A customer had Hardie board siding put on the house and called the price reasonable. A bathroom remodel ran from the initial design phase to the final walk-through, according to the customer who hired them.

A 2026 customer said Jessie and his crew did the whole roof, a traditional roof with a partial rubber roof, left no nails or debris on the property, and reported no leaks. A 2026 customer said Jessie and his team removed and replaced a 4' × 8' half-round second-floor window. A 2025 customer said the roof on an 8 room colonial was removed and replaced in two days. A 2025 customer whose roof was in bad shape said they came out the same day and finished before the sun went down. A 2025 customer said Jessie and his team did a new roof and front porch, and that the town inspector slowed them down but the work kept going. A 2025 customer described a chimney restoration by Jesse and his team.

One person said the company made an appointment to give an estimate and then blew them off.

**Strengths:**
- A commercial roof fix — a recent customer said four contractors could not resolve it
- Daily cleanup — a recent customer said the crew cleaned up every day
- A two-day roof — a 2025 customer said an 8-room colonial took two days
- A same-day roof job — a 2025 customer said they finished before sundown

**Concerns:**
- A missed estimate — one person said an appointment was made, then skipped
