The company's website gives its name as Build & Design Pro LLC. A 2025 customer who relocated to New Hampshire from out of state described a whole-house project on a 2,000 sq ft rural mountaintop home: an entry vestibule, a dining room converted into an office, a gas fireplace with a stone chimney, a gutted master bath and an unfinished attic turned into a gym. A 2023 customer said their bathroom remodel was done ahead of schedule and on budget. Jeremie Simmons's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 197625, is expired on the state registry. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation. **Strengths:** - An itemized quote — a 2021 customer got labor, overhead and materials itemized - Daily cleanup — a 2023 customer said the crew cleaned up every day - An early finish — a 2023 customer said their bathroom remodel finished early ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2026 customer said Jeremie and his crew handled a kitchen, dining room and mudroom renovation that included removing a wall and taking down a chimney _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2w5SFYydGZWbVIyUmpkMlNFOUhPVlZJVDNjdGFrRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x67e1783f228a89cd!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOl9HV2tfVmR2Rjd2SE9HOVVIT3ctakE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We had an outstanding experience working with Jeremie and his crew on our kitchen, dining room, and mudroom renovation.
