One customer who has used the curbside service for more than two years called the driver friendly and courteous and said the company handles dumpsters as well. One family recognized their driver, Dennis, by name, saying their kids get excited to see him every time he comes to pick up the trash.

A recent customer said the company would not get on a phone call, insisting on email for "documentation purposes."
