Its BBB grade is A+. A recent Google customer said Josh came out to assess a damaged drain pipe and give the quote. The job turned out more complicated than expected and took longer, needing additional time and materials, and the customer said they stood by their original quote anyway. A broken water heater got techs on site the same day for a recent customer, who said they explained why the problem could not simply be fixed and offered options, including buying a new heater from them or picking one up at a big box store. That customer chose their equipment; they brought it in later in the day and stayed into the evening so the family had hot water that day. A recent customer who first hired Beal for a water heater said the company stepped up on a warranty issue when the manufacturer did not provide support, then hired them again for a heat pump. In a 2014 BuildZoom review, a customer said Wes came on a Saturday to look at a water heater and replaced the 18-year-old unit with a new one that afternoon. **Strengths:** - Held the quoted price — a recent customer said a longer drain job cost no more - Same-day water heater — a recent customer had hot water that same day - Warranty help — a recent customer said Beal stepped in without manufacturer support ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Stood by the original quote on a drain pipe job that ran longer and needed more materials _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xJelIwRlRXRTEyZVVVM1FWYzNkVmxQYjJVek1rRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xd6b4609cd053e441!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlIzR0FTWE12eUU3QVc3dVlPb2UzMkE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I had a great experience with Beal Plumbing & Heating from start to finish.
