Bella Pools runs out of South Yarmouth, building and maintaining in-ground pools across Cape Cod, and its Google page has piled up 160 ratings averaging 4.8 stars. Reviewers describe it as a family-run operation that has been around a long time, and the same three names keep showing up across those reviews — owner Jeff, and Beth and Courtney in the office — which is unusual on its own; homeowners don't typically remember a pool company's office staff by name unless they've dealt with them for years.

That long-relationship pattern shows up directly, too. In a December 2024 review, a customer said they had been with the company for over 20 years; another, in October 2023, put their own tenure at about a decade, describing an original pool install with a cobblestone deck the company still opens, closes and services every season. A May 2026 review described 15 years of cleaning and maintenance. Installs get singled out for finishing on schedule — one 2025 review described a 2022 build that came in on time and within budget while the company coordinated multiple subcontractors, and a November 2023 review described a pool liner replacement completed on time with no complaints about the finished work.
