A recent customer said Steve quickly assessed the problem with their garage door, explained the fix, stuck to his quote, and that he and his crew came back to fix it and also serviced the door. In a 2025 review, a first-time customer described a sheared spindle where the chain connects to the gear for the motor; that customer said Steve helped the same day by installing a compatible gear kit he had in stock. A 2024 customer wrote that a spring broke in their garage door and Steve came later that day, fixed it and adjusted several other things that needed fine tuning. A 2023 customer said that after their car and garage door opener were stolen, Belltown came out within a few hours and replaced the opener at a very reasonable price. A 2022 reviewer called Belltown to replace a cable and said Steve arrived on time and ended up servicing both doors after noticing damaged pulleys and inadequate springs. In a 2022 review, a customer said Steve installed their doors in the summer of 2021, reached out the week before the job to confirm details and start time, and came back months later to address a minor product-related defect. A 2021 customer said he came out the same day to replace a broken door spring and showed up exactly when he said he would.
