--- title: "Bennett Plumbing & Heating, Inc." description: "Bennett Plumbing & Heating has been working Cape Cod since 1965 — incorporated in Massachusetts three years later, and still run out of the same Falmouth a" doc_version: "2026-08-19" last_updated: "2026-08-19" --- # Bennett Plumbing & Heating, Inc. **Trade:** Plumbing · **Address:** 10 Rose Morin Ln, Falmouth, MA 02540 · **Phone:** (508) 548-4910 · **Languages:** English **Rating: 3.7/5** (low confidence) — from 0 reviews across 2 sources. ## The honest read Bennett Plumbing & Heating has been working Cape Cod since 1965 — incorporated in Massachusetts three years later, and still run out of the same Falmouth address six decades on, now employing thirteen people under president Daniel J. Avallone. Its master plumbing license, held by Robert Marshall, is active and registry-verified, and the Better Business Bureau rates the company A+. The scale of the operation shows up in the permit record: BuildZoom counts 1,144 permitted projects over the company's history, 238 of them in just the last three years, running from routine water heaters and gas lines to bathroom rough-ins and at least one bank-building renovation around Falmouth and East Falmouth. In an October 2024 Reddit thread, a Cape Cod homeowner recommended the company by name, describing clean work and — notably — that Bennett stood behind a mistake rather than walking away from it. Several older Massachusetts plumbing-business license numbers tied to the company show up as inactive or cancelled on BuildZoom, distinct from the current active master license — not unusual for a business this old, but worth knowing the current registry-verified license is #11248. For plumbing, heating or larger mechanical work in the Falmouth area, this is a long-established, credentialed outfit with a permit history to match. **Strengths:** - 61 years in business — family-led Falmouth plumbing outfit since 1965 - Verified master license — active MA registration, BBB A+ rated - Deep permit history — 1,144 projects, 238 in the last 3 years - Reddit recommendation — praised for standing behind a mistake ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Massachusetts Master Plumbing license (#11248) active and registry-verified, held by Robert Marshall. _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://occupationallicensingandpermitting.mass.gov/madol/s/license-search-page) — “MA plumber license 11248-PL-M registry-verified active — registry holder of record: Robert Marshall” - The Better Business Bureau rates the company A+ and separately lists its Master Plumbing License #11248, matching the registry-verified number. _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/falmouth/profile/air-conditioning-contractor/bennett-plumbing-heating-inc-0021-9581) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/falmouth/profile/air-conditioning-contractor/bennett-plumbing-heating-inc-0021-9581) — “Licence listed on Better Business Bureau: Master Plumbing License #11248” - BBB records the company as established in 1965, incorporated in Massachusetts in 1968, with 13 employees, led by president Daniel J.
