Berkeley Exteriors says it has been in business for 34 years, and its website lists a service area running from Greenwich and Stamford to Milford, Shelton and Newtown. A 2025 customer said Chris adjusted the quote on a structural portion of the invoice because it took his crew less time than expected. A 2025 customer said Chris and his team put on a new roof, installed two skylights and replaced the gutters, cleaning up every day. A 2024 customer said Chris beat several competitors' estimates on a roof and gutters and worked with that customer's insurance company. A 2023 customer said Chris came back after a new roof to check whether any debris was in the attic. Windows and siding run alongside the roofs. A 2024 customer in a condo complex said Berkeley Exteriors handled the condo association's paperwork, and that Milan finished all the windows and the sliding door in four days. A 2023 review of a siding and gutters replacement carries an update, written 4 years after the work, saying Mike sent a technician who replaced an intake vent at no charge. In a 2019 Houzz review, a customer said Mike inspected windows a past contractor had installed with the siding and aluminum framing put back incorrectly, and knew what had to be done to fix them. A 2025 customer described siding and windows installed about 20 years ago with interior window trim put back broken, and said the owner Mike answered "you are going to put up curtains anyway". That customer also said Mike measured a window glass that broke under a lifetime warranty and never came back. A 2023 customer said they requested a quote for a hatchway door replacement and never heard from the company after sending the information requested. **Strengths:** - Roof replacement — a 2025 customer described a house, garage and in-law roof - A quote adjusted down — a 2025 customer said Chris cut one portion - Condo paperwork handled — a 2024 customer said the company took care of it **Concerns:** - Warranty follow-up — a 2025 customer said Mike never came back after measuring - Broken window trim — a 2025 customer said trim was put back broken - An unanswered quote — a 2023 customer never heard back on a hatchway door ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Replaced a roof over a main house, garage and in-law apartment after four bids _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pSNlVrMXdWR2xLU1hoNVNtRllUVUZwUld4M2RIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xef1434919088c7fd!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjR6Uk1wVGlKSXh5SmFYTUFpRWx3dHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Berkeley Exteriors just finished replacing our roof over the main house, garage and in-law apartment.
