Jason Berroa works Lynn and the North Shore as an agent with Berroa Homes at REMAX 360, and the five reviews on file skew toward buyers and sellers navigating a complication -- a foreclosure, a stalled listing, an inherited property -- rather than a routine sale.

One seller wrote that after a year under agreement with another agent going nowhere on her late father's condo at Seaport Landing in Lynn, Jason resold it. Another described buying a foreclosure in Lynn that dragged through court proceedings for months before closing, then selling the same home years later during the pandemic -- Jason handled both ends. A Revere seller in a November 2025 review said he priced her home accurately enough to bring in serious buyers quickly, and a pair of first-time buyers from the same month called him quick to respond and attentive to North Shore market detail through their whole search.
