In a 2025 review, a customer said the installers put in a new dishwasher and also fixed an old, out-of-code electric outlet and drain hose on the spot for a reasonable charge. Another 2025 customer said the installers mounted their oven so it was more secure while installing an electric cooktop. In a 2024 review, a customer said Matt and Costa installed a range, dishwasher and microwave without any issue.

As others have said they don’t even answer their phones (including the emergency line). Costco should be embarrassed to partner with such a sham company.
