Last 6 months: 1 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read A 6,800-square-foot roof with multiple dormers, valleys and circles, replaced over six weeks. That June 2024 Angi review gives a sense of the scale Better Home Improvements takes on, and the reviewer says the job finished within budget and basically on time despite numerous rain delays, with the crew cleaning up daily and following the association's restrictive policies. Rob, named in reviews and called Rob O'keeffe in a January 2025 Google review, is the person customers describe working with. The jobs span the exterior and the interior. A November 2023 review describes his team repairing the upper courses of two very high chimneys from scaffolding and capping them in granite, picking up stone chips and debris each day. A July 2024 review covers a deck and siding project in Ridgefield CT: demolition of original siding, a site kept clean and dry, and finishing work done exactly as contracted, on time and within budget, along with a rebuilt deck. In February 2022 a customer had a collapsing, wisteria-covered pergola torn down and replaced within two days, and a May 2022 Google reviewer hired Rob for fence and gate work including a custom cedar privacy gate, a vinyl arbor and black steel rail fencing, naming Rob and his son Seth. Inside the house, two January 2025 Google reviews describe bathroom renovations, and both name a worker, Rudy. One says that when the reviewer had an issue, Rob would say he would fix it. Two reviews, from January 2023 and July 2023, say Rob never tried to sell them something they did not need; the January 2023 one adds that he texts in advance and photographs his work. A May 2026 Google review says Rob is the reviewer's one and only call for any project.
