In a 2026 review, a customer said Matt and his team were compassionate and hard working. A 2024 customer, who described moving from one living space to another as a senior, said the team removed the junk and cleaned the grounds. That 2024 customer said they received images of the work. A 2023 customer said Matt and his team cleaned and disposed of the contents of their sister's home, and that the sister was a hoarder.

A 2022 customer said the company cleaned up a room trashed by a former tenant and full of medical waste, and cleaned a shed that had been turned into a raccoon latrine.
