## The honest read

Birchmere Collective handles cleaning for short-term rentals and private homes. One short-term rental customer said the company started on two of their properties at the beginning of the year and now covers all three, stepping up for tight same-day turnovers, changing schedules and last-minute or emergency requests. That customer is now exploring having Birchmere take on maintenance management and guest relations as well.

On its website, the company describes itself as providing property management services for residential properties.

A vacation rental customer said every turnover is done with attention to detail and that their cottages are ready for guests. A customer said the team did a deep clean of their summer cottage and continues to provide routine cleanings between users of the property. A customer called the team professional and reliable at cleaning their house. A customer wrote that Birchmere reaches out with solutions, not just issues.

**Strengths:**
- Same-day turnovers — a rental customer said they handle tight same-day turnovers
- Cottage deep clean — a customer said routine cleanings continue between property users
- Proactive communication — a customer said they bring solutions, not just issues
