## The honest read

A 1958 garage floor, updated to an attractive and durable look: that is how a 2025 customer described the job, adding that Nick provided the quote quickly. Black Water Epoxy LLC describes itself on its BBB page as an epoxy floor-coating company for commercial, industrial and residential properties, and its website says it has been in business four years. The service area it lists includes Hopkinton, Concord, New London, Laconia and Londonderry.

A 2023 customer said they worked until 9 PM one night to get the garage floor done on time. A 2023 customer said they took the time to talk through all the options before coating a garage floor.

A 2023 customer from Bow wanted a basement art studio floor with the feeling and colors of an ocean, and said the result came with glitter. In that 2023 review, the prep included removing a section of clay tiles and the remnants of an old hearth hidden under the carpet. A 2025 customer described a 3 bay barn, saying they showed on the scheduled day and time and completed the job within the days agreed.

A 2024 customer running a service business said Nick brought his crew in over the weekend so the work would not interfere with daily operations, and had another floor booked for the next weekend. A 2025 customer who hired them for two separate projects said Nick left the jobsite cleaner than he found it.

On Google the company holds 4.8 stars from 16 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+ with accreditation.
