A recent customer said Chris, the owner, was on site and hands on through their patio job, and asked about water and flooding at the quote before they could bring it up. He explained how he would drain the water off the property and slope the patio slightly, put an exposed well wire in conduit when he dug the area out, built retaining walls and stairs, and worked around a new chain link fence that every other quote said had to come down. Where his equipment tore up grass, it was seeded with hay and top soil.

On its Better Business Bureau page, the company describes excavating, land clearing and drainage services, with a specialty in hardscaping such as walkways, pavers, retaining walls and patios. Its website says it has worked for individuals and businesses across Connecticut. On Google it holds 4.7 stars from 25 ratings.

French drains, a patio and new stairs went in for a recent customer, who said everything discussed was completed. A recent customer had Chris replace the steps and an existing walkway along with a new patio, and said the property was left spotless. After a deck quote they called astronomical, a recent customer had Chris take care of stairs and a walkway that were in terrible shape, at a price they called very reasonable.
