## The honest read

Botticelli Plumbing & Heating replaced a hot water heater for a recent customer, who says the installers cleaned up the worksite after finishing. The company says it has been in business 51 years and describes serving residential customers along with builders and commercial clients in Fairfield, CT.

A recent customer who needed minor plumbing work says Christine worked to schedule an appointment around their schedule, and that the plumber sent out, Chris, thinks outside the box. A 2025 customer said Chris disconnected their old dishwasher, returned to install the new one, and also installed a basket strainer and tail piece. A 2025 customer who had two other plumbers look at their problems said Botticelli diagnosed them, sent a detailed proposal, and resolved the issues as proposed. A 2022 customer said Chris and Andrew replaced a well pump, a toilet, two bathroom faucets and an outside faucet.

In a 2018 review, a customer with a frozen pipe said they were at the door within 3 hours. A 2017 customer said Cliff and Joe completed a water heater replacement in much less time than expected.

A 2025 customer said the woman who answered the phone was rude and did not know what a gas pressure test is. In a 2019 review, a customer called them quite expensive while saying the job was successful.

Connecticut lists an active P1 plumbing licence, PLM.0281012-P1, held by Botticelli Plumbing & Heating LLC.
