The plantings near it were protected, and the excavation and everything else were completed in a few days. When a tiny sinkhole appeared over the winter near a large oak tree, the customer said Steve Bouchard looked at it immediately, explained what was going on and scheduled the repair. The company's website describes a locally and family-owned asphalt and paving contractor serving the Fairfield County, CT, area for over three generations, claims 82 years in business, and names Danbury and Newtown as its service area. On Google it holds 4 stars from 9 ratings. A 2026 customer who had the company pave a driveway many years ago called to have it redone and said it came out better than ever. A 2025 customer described a thorough and honest look at the situation and a fair price. In a 2022 review, a customer said their community chose the company to reclaim and repave its private roads, and that Steve Dunn kept them up to date on the daily developments. A 2025 customer said a simple grading job was butchered and that the fix, cutting part of the driveway out, left huge cracks in a brand new driveway; that customer called the owner dismissive and unapologetic. A 2023 reviewer called the company very unprofessional and wrote that they would never hire it.
