A recent customer who switched to Bozzuto said the people in the office have been pleasant and helpful. A 2025 customer who had tried other trash services in the Guilford area said they showed up when they were supposed to and once turned around to grab a neighbor's late trash. A 2025 customer said the company dragged their bin through the snow to empty it after a snowstorm.

A recent customer who moved away said the service had been reliable for years, but that several emails to Tom asking for a prorated refund on the unused part of a quarterly service went unanswered; that customer put the amount at $50. A 2026 customer wrote that after 18 inches of snow the truck had come by an hour earlier, and that they were told $15 when they called to ask if it could come back.
