## The honest read

Brad's Powerwashing & Window Washing holds a 5-star Google rating from 83 ratings. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation, and the company says it has been in business for six years.

One recent customer had all of their interior and exterior windows cleaned, many of them large with removable grates that Brad removed and replaced, and said he also cleaned the screens and wiped out the sills. A recent customer who hired Brad to power wash a deck, pool patio and lower patio thanked him for coming out on short notice and working through the heat. One customer said the outside of the house was really dirty from construction in the neighborhood, and that Brad worked all day, by himself. A recent customer said Brad was careful about the plants, left no mess, and the house looked like it was just painted.

A 2026 customer who said Brad had come for the last 3 or 4 years described him clearing the gutters even as wind gusts kicked up. A 2025 customer said their house was built in 1775 with original windows with grids, and that Brad cleaned each pane. A 2025 customer who hired him to wash the windows for their mother said his price was almost half of other people they contacted. A 2024 customer said Brad's gutter-cleaning quote was the lowest of the four companies they contacted, and that the quote was honored.

**Strengths:**
- Window detail work — a recent customer said screens and sills were cleaned too
- A short-notice visit — a recent customer thanked Brad for coming on short notice
- Care around plantings — a recent customer said Brad was careful about the plants
- A low quote — a 2024 customer said it was lowest of four and honored
