In 2023, a customer said their furnace was running less than an hour after they called. A 2025 customer wrote that a technician came the day they called after a Rinnai heater stopped, replaced the tank and put propane in it. A 2025 reviewer named Ronnie and Steve and said a tank replacement went smoothly. A 2026 customer who bought a camp outside Millinocket about 12 years ago said they had upgraded their heating system with Bragdon and bought their propane from them.
