# Brenco Construction Co. Inc. **Trade:** General Contractor / Remodeling · **Address:** 36 Central Ave, Milton, MA 02186 · **Phone:** (617) 296-4548 · **Website:** http://www.brencoconstruction.com/ · **Languages:** English **Rating: not yet scored** — 0 reviews across 4 sources is too little evidence for an honest number. ## The honest read Brenco Construction has been at this since 1987, by its own account — a Milton general contractor and construction manager whose work centers on multifamily residential construction and development around Boston. The scale shows in what it takes on: custom homes and new construction, mid-size multi-family builds of five to twenty-five units, multi-room, kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels, plus roofing, framing, drywall and hardwood flooring. BuildZoom counts 17 permitted projects and scores the company 92. Its three Google ratings average 5 stars. One thing to settle first: the state registry shows the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #156398, as expired. Ask Brenco where that stands before you sign anything residential. BuildZoom lists two further numbers for the company as well — home improvement contractor #109673 and Rhode Island residential and commercial contractor #32057. Addresses differ across its listings, too: BuildZoom puts the company at 74 Hillsdale Street in Boston, while its own site is Milton-based and names Milton and Boston as the service area. For an apartment building, a multi-unit renovation or a ground-up house, this is a builder with the permit history to match. For a single-room job, ask what their schedule looks like and who runs the site day to day — and get the registration question and current insurance certificates sorted before work starts. **Strengths:** - Multifamily construction — the company's stated focus as builder and construction manager - 17 permitted projects — BuildZoom lists them with a 92 score - Since 1987 — the company says it incorporated that year **Concerns:** - Expired MA registration — state registry shows home improvement licence #156398 expired **Where sources disagree:** - BuildZoom lists the company at 74 Hillsdale Street in Boston, while its own site gives a Milton base and Milton and Boston as the service area. ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A Milton-based general contractor and construction manager focused on multifamily residential construction and development in the greater Boston area _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://www.brencoconstruction.com) — “Brenco Construction Co.
