Its website lists property maintenance, plantings, landscape masonry, irrigation, drainage systems, commercial snow removal and sewer line replacement, and names Fairfield, Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Ridgefield, Stamford, Westport and Wilton as its service area. A 2025 customer, referred by Astacio, hired the company for excavation for a new main drain line between the house and city sewer, a job done in the middle of February with snow on the ground. That 2025 customer said the team kept everything neat and tidy, coordinated with the plumbers from Astacio on the through-foundation fittings, and compacted the ground so well that you can barely tell a trench was dug. The same 2025 customer thanked Lester, who was on-site throughout and explained every step. A 2026 customer reported a water line leak along a shared driveway; the crew arrived the next day and the job, including plumbing by plumbers, was completed the same day. A 2025 customer said Brian has helped with basement interior drainage, complex outdoor drainage and post-pool landscaping reconstruction at their home. A 2025 customer chose Brian for a full size batting cage after getting a few quotes and said it took 4 weeks from beginning to end. A 2024 customer said Brian helped find a temporary way to reinforce a deteriorating foundation, and later helped demolish the same home, from getting the permit to final approval. A 2024 customer said that after the owner advised a soil test that cost $800, emails and three phone messages went unanswered and they waited five months. That 2024 customer also said the owner called to argue after the review was posted. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0607701, as active, held by Brian Capone Land Services LLC. **Strengths:** - Winter drain-line dig — a 2025 customer said the trench barely shows - Next-day leak response — a 2026 customer said the crew arrived the next day - Home drainage work — a 2025 customer cited basement and outdoor drainage **Concerns:** - No response — a 2024 customer said calls and emails went unanswered ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself as a full service landscape contracting company serving Lower Fairfield County since 1998 _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/landscape-contractors/brian-capone-land-services-llc-pfvwus-pf~849480302) — “About (Houzz profile, the business's own statement): Brian Capone Land Services LLC is a full service landscape contracting company.
