On Houzz it holds 5.0 stars from 32 ratings, and Google shows 5 stars from 5 ratings. A 2021 customer described Dennis as president and Chuck as a designer and draftsman on a kitchen remodel. That 2021 customer said Dennis came out to measure and Chuck produced renderings of the possibilities. The same 2021 customer was invited to visit the workshop while the project was underway and wrote that the prices were comparable to stores nearby. A 2021 customer said the company did their kitchen and, a few years later, their master bath, including the install. A 2017 customer with a 60 year old colonial said Brunarhans gave a plan that kept the existing kitchen footprint while rearranging some cabinets and appliances. A 2017 customer wrote that the kitchen was taken down to the studs. A 2018 customer said Brunarhans built their kitchen thirty years earlier. When a cabinet hinge failed and the part was discontinued, that 2018 customer said the company found a replacement and the same craftsman who worked on the project dropped off the parts. The shop also makes furniture. A 2021 customer said a daybed and side table were made exactly as detailed. A 2021 customer said Brunarhans made cabinets, tables and chairs for them in 2013 and later a corner TV cabinet; when a shelf in that TV cabinet had an issue, that 2021 customer said Dennis was willing to do whatever it took to remedy it.
