One customer said that when severe storms left them with no power and the generator was acting up, Steve and his team came over within 30 minutes and got them back on generator power. A customer had a new standby generator installed and said the work was completed on time. A customer said the company repaired their generator quickly on a Sunday.

A customer with a 170-year-old house said the company upgraded them to 200 amp, moved the transfer switch for their generator and replaced a bunch of outlets and fixtures. Steve came in on a Saturday to remove a beeping smoke detector for one customer, then returned after the weekend to replace all of their out-of-date detectors. Steve and Paul installed a new ceiling fan in a customer's bedroom. One customer said Kelsey answered the call and immediately scheduled an estimate, that they showed up when they said they would, and that the price was reasonable.
