On Angi it holds 4.8 stars from 6 ratings, and on Google 5 stars from 4 ratings. In a 2018 review, a customer said Drago came up with ideas for a basement remodel that made it one of their favorite rooms in the house, and called the prices fair. A 2017 customer said the company had done two sections of roof the year before and was then working on a $1,500 job involving three small repairs. In a 2008 review, a customer described a deck job with a $650 estimate: a day of sanding was to be followed by a day of sealing, but the deck was sealed on the first day. It had rained slightly, leaving pock marks, and the customer had to walk onto the still wet deck to get into the house. That 2008 customer said Drago sent Carlos around the next morning, and his men came back the next week to resand and reseal. The same 2008 customer said the sealant stayed slightly tacky for more than a week after the job was finished. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0616026, held by Buildcase LLC, as expired. **Strengths:** - A basement remodel — a 2018 customer praised Drago's ideas for the room - Deck redo — a 2008 customer said the deck was resanded and resealed **Concerns:** - Deck sealed early — a 2008 customer said rain then pocked the fresh sealant - Tacky sealant — a 2008 customer said it stayed tacky over a week ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself on Houzz as a local roofing and gutter services company, with a mission dating to 2000 _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/buildcase-llc-pfvwus-pf~1133637262) — “About (Houzz profile, the business's own statement): Since 2000 Buildcase, LLC Company's mission to provide clients with quality roofing and…” - Holds 4.8 stars from 6 Angi ratings and 5 stars from 4 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Buildcase%2C%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJwWL4FIMe6IkRH9THjYFEkV8) — “Google: 5★ from 4 ratings” - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ct/norwalk/buildcase-llc-reviews-485369.htm) — “Angi: 4.8★ from 6 ratings” - A 2018 customer said Drago's ideas for a basement remodel made it a favorite room _(confidence: high)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ct/norwalk/buildcase-llc-reviews-485369.htm) — “We keep going back to Buildcase because first and foremost we trust them.
