Last 6 months: 1 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read In September 2026 a customer posted a review before Burlington Pressure Washing had even left the property: the windows sparkled, and after a side of the house was power washed, they asked whether that was the actual color of their siding. In a November 2025 review, a customer said Vaughn was on time, quoted simply and did a great job on the windows; when a few older, hard-to-reach front windows looked missed, Vaughn tried cleaning them again by hand before they realized the glass had abrasion issues. An October 2025 reviewer said Vaughn cleaned their windows and even their skylights, and asked before leaving whether they were satisfied. Another October 2025 customer said all the windows looked better than at any time since they were put in. In October 2025 a customer had the company clean their gutters and reach the hard-to-reach places, and another said Vaughn worked with their schedule to clear the gutters and clean the deck. An October 2025 reviewer called Vaughn for solar panel cleaning. A different October 2025 customer said Vaughn showed up when he said he would and charged exactly the agreed amount, and another said Vaughn sent videos and pictures showing the results of a house wash. In a September 2025 Angi review, a customer received before and after pictures of their house siding cleaning. The company describes itself on Angi as a business that prides itself on reliability, communication and quality work, and its Angi listing includes pressure washing, soft washing, window, gutter, roof and solar panel cleaning, and holiday lighting. Google shows 5 stars from 35 ratings and Angi 5.0 from 5. **Strengths:** - Window cleaning — skylights cleaned on an October 2025 job - Price held — charged the agreed amount in October 2025 - Photo proof — videos and before-and-after pictures of the work ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Power washing of house siding, porches, decks and walkways in 2025 and 2026 _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21oWFNITmhTMTk1Ylc1TFpYTmZObFIzUkhnNGNFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1f83fa1dd017420c!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmhXSHNhS195bW5LZXNfNlR3RHg4cEE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ They haven’t left my property yet and had to leave a review!!!
