A recent Google customer ran out of oil while on vacation, and the owner came out himself to fill them up and restart the furnace. Burn Oil describes itself on its BBB profile as a home heating oil delivery company, and it also lists off-road fuel delivery.

A 2025 customer said they ran out of oil with no hot water right before heading into a surgery, and Tyler and Burn Oil came out the same day, got the tank filled and restarted the burner. A 2024 customer who had just moved to Colchester, CT said nowhere else would do same-day service, and Burn Oil put them on its service list. A 2024 customer thanked the company for a quick delivery that arrived before they ran out of oil, just ahead of a polar vortex.

A 2023 customer said the company was prompt in scheduling a delivery and affordable for the size of the delivery. A 2022 customer mentioned kind office staff and rapid delivery.
