Its website lists heating installations, AC installations, tank installations, HVAC maintenance and 24/7 emergency service, and names a service area that includes Acton, Concord, Chelmsford, Lexington and Hudson. One customer who has used Bursaw Gas & Oil for heating, a/c and oil since 1992 lays out how an oil order works: when they call, the company asks how much oil is left to judge the urgency and the fill amount, and with about a quarter tank remaining, delivery follows within 2 work days. That customer says they don't think the company has ever cancelled an appointment. A customer of more than 20 years says the company has taken good care of them. A recent customer says the fellow pumping their gas was short-tempered and met a question with hostility, and that the exchange ruined the visit. Its BBB grade is B-. **Strengths:** - Planned oil fills — company asks how much oil remains before delivering - Decades of service — a customer says they have used them since 1992 **Concerns:** - A rude exchange — a customer says the man pumping gas was short-tempered ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A customer since 1992 says the company asks how much oil is left before a fill and delivers within 2 work days _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21Fd1RqWjRiazlXWVhsbFFVdG9ZVFJDY1RkNmJWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf39fb8167d6dc7fb!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmEwTjZ4bk9WYXllQUtoYTRCcTd6bVE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ We've used Bursaw Gas & Oil for our heating, a/c, and oil needs since 1992 and I don't think they've ever cancelled an appt.
