The Northampton business offers free estimates on its website and has a 4.9-star Google rating from 46 ratings. That January reviewer said Carrielynn answered questions about cleaning products and services before the visit, kept in touch throughout the process and was willing to adjust the services on the day. The customer and their husband noticed a difference when they arrived at the home and said it smelled free of the previous owner's smells. Carrielynn also suggested methods and products they could use for later projects themselves. Other dated accounts describe deep cleaning. In October 2022, a customer who had wanted a deep clean after a busy summer said the house was noticeably cleaner on their return. They described the crew as friendly, responsive and on time. An August 2021 reviewer described a deep clean that left the floors pristine and no dog hair they could find, despite having two dogs. That customer said the cleaner had been willing to travel to them. An August 2020 customer described Carrielynn using a steam-cleaning method in their home and providing cleaning every two weeks. They said she pointed out areas needing extra attention. After moving, the customer called her for a move-in clean. **Strengths:** - Cleaning detail — a January 2022 reviewer praised attention to drawers and windowsills - Clear communication — a January 2022 customer said Carrielynn answered questions and kept contact - Deep cleaning — an October 2022 customer described a noticeably cleaner home - Free estimates — offered on the company's website ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Google reports 4.9 stars from 46 ratings. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Busy%20Bee%20Cleans&query_place_id=ChIJd_e-Cl7X5okRjRBZ78vSIZg) — “Google: 4.9★ from 46 ratings” - Busy Bee Cleans offers free estimates on its website. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.busybeecleans.com) — “Stated offer (self-reported): free estimates” - A January 2022 move-in customer praised attention to windowsills, light switches and the insides of kitchen and bathroom drawers. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=10962274741332283533&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ We reached out to Busy-Bee Cleans for a Move-In Clean at our new home.
