The Amherst company says it serves Amherst, Hadley, Belchertown, Pelham, Granby, and Palmer, working on both residential and commercial properties. Its website advertises lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanup, bark mulching, and dethatching, along with free estimates and insurance. The March reviewer said they had used the company for several years, praised the reliability of its seasonal work, and described mulching that transformed their garden beds. They also said the installed patio and walkway had become a favorite feature of their home. A separate December 2025 reviewer described a patio installation finished a day ahead of schedule, praising Tyler for answering questions and the crew for its work. Winter service also drew repeat-customer praise. In February 2026, one customer said their driveway was cleared during and after every snowfall and that Tyler had responded quickly when they needed work right away. Another February reviewer praised dependable plowing but noted that his response time was not always immediate; they still described him as willing to help when issues arose. A May 2026 reviewer praises a short turnaround from quote to service and the finished lawn. Google reports 35 ratings averaging 4.8 stars, and the Better Business Bureau gives the company an A+ grade. **Strengths:** - Patio installation — a December 2025 customer reported completion one day early - Lawn care — a May 2026 customer praised the lawn and quick turnaround - Seasonal upkeep — a March 2026 customer praised mowing, cleanups, and mulching **Concerns:** - Response timing — a February 2026 plowing customer noted help was not always immediate ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company says it serves Amherst, Hadley, Belchertown, Pelham, Granby, and Palmer. _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://busybeelandscaping.co) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Amherst, Hadley, Belchertown, Pelham, Granby, Palmer” - Its website advertises free estimates and says the company is insured. _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://busybeelandscaping.co) — “Stated offer (self-reported): free estimates” - [Official Website](http://busybeelandscaping.co) — “Stated offer (self-reported): insured” - A March 2026 customer described weekly mowing, seasonal cleanups, mulching, and an installed patio and walkway. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=15068308429470370074&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ We’ve been using Busy Bee Landscaping for a few years now and they consistently deliver outstanding service every season.
