The Woodbury company describes itself as doing residential, commercial and industrial electrical work, with a team factory-trained on Generac and Kohler equipment, and says it has been in business 46 years. A recent customer said that during a 12-hour outage on July 4th weekend, a friend's generator had its battery replaced and electricity restored within one hour of the call. A recent reviewer writing for their senior mom said they believed the owner, Besnik, made the visit, arrived on time, got everything fixed in a few hours and explained what he was working on, at a price the reviewer called very reasonable. A 2026 customer said that at 1am during a blizzard, the emergency line walked them through overriding their full house generator, and power was back on in 5 minutes. A 2026 reviewer wrote that, ahead of a blizzard, C&D visited within an hour and fixed a whole-house generator that was not ready for an outage. A 2026 customer who had an in-home generator installed said the company was the most complete in its pricing, and advised buying the propane tanks from C&D after their own propane provider was slow getting the permits in place. The work goes beyond generators. A 2024 customer said Bes came out the Monday morning after a lightning strike to repair the damage and also installed a whole-house surge protector. A 2024 reviewer said Bez fit them into his schedule to install an EV charger, and a 2025 customer said Bez and Emerson did their outdoor landscape lighting. A 2024 customer with a sparking electrical box hanging from the ceiling said Christine called back to say someone would be there in 30 minutes. On Google the company holds 5 stars from 69 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.8 stars from 32 ratings. In a 2019 review, a customer said communication was not great and that after a $110 generator repair the unit ran exactly as before; a Yamaha dealer in Wallingford fixed it for another $245. **Strengths:** - Outage response — battery replaced and power restored within an hour - Late-night help — a 2026 customer was walked through a 1am override - Generator install pricing — a 2026 customer called it the most complete **Concerns:** - A generator repair — a 2019 customer said the unit ran exactly as before ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Installs and maintains standby and whole-house generators _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tsaVRYbEtYMmRaWTNkT2EyeDNRMUF0TW5Cd1NWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x62127563b1a7ece7!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkliTXlKX2dZY3dOa2x3Q1AtMnBwSVE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We have used C&D for several years to maintain our Generac generator.
