## The honest read

C. Ferreira Renovations, LLC is a West Roxbury, Massachusetts general contractor and renovation company run by owner Claudio Ferreira, serving clients throughout Massachusetts with kitchen, bathroom, interior, and exterior remodeling work.

Homeowners who hired the company describe clear communication and dependable follow-through: one couple's basement renovation, including a new bedroom and family room, was completed on time with the team described as reliable and trustworthy throughout. Another reviewer had a roof deck finished with costs matching what was projected and every timeline kept, and a third had a full bathroom gut renovation and refinish that they called spa-like. An architect who has worked with Claudio for years separately describes him as fair, responsive, honest, and someone who takes pride in his work.

The business is accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and no complaints published, and its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license (#187337) is currently active and verified directly with the state registry.

There isn't much here to flag before booking -- the available reviews, all from 2021, are uniformly positive, and the license and BBB standing are both current and clean; it's worth simply confirming current availability and getting a written estimate before starting a project, as with any contractor.

C. Ferreira Renovations is a solid pick for a Massachusetts homeowner planning a renovation project -- from a basement or bathroom overhaul to a roof deck or addition -- who wants a general contractor with a verified license, clean BBB standing, and a track record of finishing on time and on budget.

**Strengths:**
- BBB A+ accredited — no complaints published
- Registry-verified license — active MA HIC #187337 confirmed with the state
- Clear communication — reviewers cite reliable, on-time, on-budget work
- Trusted by repeat professionals — an architect praises years of working with him
