Its website lists a service area that includes Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, Newtown and Ridgefield, and the company says it has been in business for 27 years. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade. A 2024 customer said that when their well pump died, Chris was at the house within an hour, diagnosed the problem and came back with a crew that afternoon; by the time the kids were home from school, a new well pump was installed. That 2024 customer said the price was again extremely reasonable. A 2023 customer wrote that the company had replaced their well pump and hot water heater and done minor repairs on leaky faucets. A 2021 customer described the removal and replacement of a water softener, an on-demand water heater and a well tank, and said the techs cleaned up when done. A recent customer who hired the company for an electric water heater said they were charged $2,300. When an error code appeared a month later, that customer said he refused to come check it out, then finally came, looked at the unit for five minutes, left and never called back.
