A 2023 customer said Chris replaced their boiler and fuel tank and called the service dependable and on time. A 2023 customer wrote that the company had replaced an old oil tank in their basement and installed a boiler, and later replaced their old cast iron radiators.

Boiler installs fill out the rest. A 2023 customer said the company installed a new steam boiler and replaced all the water pipes in their basement. The phone is where things went wrong for two would-be customers. A 2024 caller who was new to the area said the person who answered was rude when asked about oil prices and told them the company was not taking on new clients and to call back in the spring. A 2023 caller looking for a service call said the woman who answered was rude and combative.
