A recent customer living in a condo said chunks of lawn had been left missing for months, and that they kept mowing around them and left sticks and branches on the lawn. A 2026 customer said they had to chase the company down to remove leaves, a huge pile was left on the front lawn, and a dead-tree job was put off for a month.
