--- title: "Cape Home Tree Service, Inc." description: "Cape Home Tree Service is a Hyannis company built around one thing: bringing down big, difficult trees safely and leaving the yard looking like nothing hap" doc_version: "2026-08-19" last_updated: "2026-08-19" --- # Cape Home Tree Service, Inc. **Trade:** Tree Services · **Address:** 180 Lincoln Rd, Hyannis, MA 02601, USA · **Phone:** (508) 360-2751 · **Website:** https://www.capehometreeservices.com/ · **Languages:** English, Spanish **Rating: 4.2/5** (high confidence) — from 131 reviews across 6 sources. 99% of sentiment-scored reviews read net-positive. Last 6 months: 7 reviews, 1 negative. ## The honest read Cape Home Tree Service is a Hyannis company built around one thing: bringing down big, difficult trees safely and leaving the yard looking like nothing happened. Owner Angel runs the crew directly, and the reviews — more than 130 of them across Google, HomeAdvisor and Angi, nearly all at 5 stars — describe the same pattern over and over: hazardous trees near power lines, houses or other structures taken down cleanly, with the debris hauled away the same day. In recent reviews, customers describe that specialty repeatedly: one described a complicated job removing two trees intertwined with power and cable lines, handled without incident and left "clean as a whistle"; another described a crew removing two large pines and their stumps and pruning an overgrown juniper, leaving the property tidy when they finished. The pattern isn't new — it runs across more than 130 reviews since 2021 on three review platforms, each averaging between 4.9 and 5.0 stars, and customers repeatedly mention hiring the crew a second or third time or being referred by a neighbor or family member who used them first. One recent review is a clear exception: a customer described tree roots left unremoved for seven months after paying in full, despite repeated calls and texts, and said the owner later called asking that the review be taken down. It's the only account of that kind against a long, otherwise consistent record, but it's worth confirming a finish date and the full scope of work in writing before the crew starts, especially for any follow-up item like root or stump removal. For big or technically difficult tree removal — storm damage, trees tangled near power lines or structures, large stump-grinding jobs — the review history points to a crew that shows up with the right equipment and cleans up completely. Get the scope and timeline in writing, particularly for any work left to a follow-up visit. **Strengths:** - Handles hazardous removals — trees near power lines and homes taken down safely - Thorough cleanup — crews clear debris and stumps same day, praised repeatedly - Strong repeat business — many customers rehire and refer family or neighbors **Concerns:** - Unfinished job reported — a 2026 review describes months of delay after full payment - Alleged review pressure — the same reviewer says the owner asked them to remove it ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5.0 stars from 128 Google ratings, 5.0 from 82 HomeAdvisor ratings, and 5.0 from 75 Angi ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://maps.google.com/?cid=5111173568318491460&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “Google: 5★ from 128 ratings” - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ma/hyannis/cape-home-tree-services-inc-reviews-1.htm) — “Angi: 5.0★ from 75 ratings” - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.CapeHomeTreeService.85070963.html) — “HomeAdvisor: 5.0★ from 82 ratings” - Handles technically difficult removals near power lines and structures without damage _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT205YVlXeElVV0ZQWkZGMmVHWkVXSHAxUlRGMWNGRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x46ee8947bcfd4b44!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOm9aYWxIUWFPZFF2eGZEWHp1RTF1cFE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Angel and his team are Fabulous!
