A regular of about fifteen years, writing this past May, said the friendliness and responsiveness have held the whole time, and singled out the water testing as the best around. That is the shape of this Mashpee business: a Route 151 shop on Nathan Ellis Highway where you bring the sample, the part, or the question, and someone knows the answer.
