The customer said the crew placed belongings where requested and kept the move organized throughout. Capitol Relocation & Logistics lists service across Connecticut and western Massachusetts, including Hartford, Chicopee, Westfield and Springfield. The company says it has 60 years in business and offers free estimates. Google shows a 4.9-star average from 159 ratings. A February 2025 customer described a local household move involving more than 300 boxes. The crew covered furniture and handled televisions, mirrors and other valuables carefully. That customer also reported a choice of insurance packages for the move and said getting a quote was quick and easy. Business moves appear in the customer accounts too. In September 2025, a business customer said Daniel and his crew wrapped expensive equipment, crated it and used lift gates to load two trucks. When equipment and a refrigerator would not fit through some doors at the destination, the crew disassembled and reassembled several items to get them inside. The customer described the cost as reasonable. Another September 2025 review, naming Capitol Relocation & Logistics, praised pricing that did not change during the move. The customer named Gregg and Lisa among the staff and described the moving crew's care with belongings: one worker returned jewelry that had fallen from a box, while another moved boxes between rooms even at the end of a tiring move. **Strengths:** - Careful handling — a June 2026 customer praised packing and unloading between states - Equipment moving — a September 2025 customer described crating and navigating tight doorways - Stable pricing — a September 2025 customer said the price did not change ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A June 2026 Google customer praised Marcus, Aron and Douglas for careful packing, loading and unloading on a Maine-to-Connecticut household move. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=7023636187512838094&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ If you’re looking for a moving company that truly cares about your belongings and makes an incredibly stressful process feel easy, I can’…” - A February 2025 Google customer described careful furniture protection and handling of valuables on a household move with more than 300 boxes. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=7023636187512838094&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ Capitol Moving made our local move so easy and convenient.
