That customer hired Rob for an external house painting job and called it a big job, saying he would check in whenever a question needed the homeowner's input. A customer who had a couple of rooms painted inside the home said Rob came by to take measurements and talk through the project, then sent a clear quote within a couple of days. The same customer said he was upfront about when he could realistically do the work, reached out again before the start date, and kept them updated during the multi-day project. The rooms still held furniture, and that customer described Rob moving things with care, taping areas off and laying drop cloths. A customer who had a bathroom painted said the work was done at a fair price. **Strengths:** - Surface prep — a customer said Rob scraped, sanded and primed first - Clear quote — sent within a couple of days of the visit - Furniture protection — a customer described taping and drop cloths in furnished rooms - Fair price — a customer said a bathroom was painted at a fair price ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Holds a 5-star Google rating from 6 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Carignan%20Painting&query_place_id=ChIJUb0kO3CtqCYRich8FuEdXPY) — “Google: 5★ from 6 ratings” - A customer said Rob scraped, sanded and primed the surface before painting the outside of their house _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xkc1V6UnBYMHBITWtoWlZWTjRkVXBCTjFKZk0zYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf65c1de1167cc889!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOldsUzRpX0pHMkhZVVN4dUpBN1JfM3c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Wow!
