Carpet Revolution is a Worcester carpet, rug and upholstery cleaner with 4.9 stars from 218 Google ratings and an A+ with the BBB; its site says it has been in business 13 years. In June 2026 that customer wrote that the company was in touch in under an hour and scheduled the service within 30 minutes of the call. In the October 2026 review, the owner quoted the basement job over the phone and came with a partner within an hour, then sent before-and-after pictures. Other 2026 jobs: a couch in September, upholstered furniture, rugs and stair runners in May, and a hotel's carpet in June. In May 2025 a customer named the owner as Stallone, and in January 2025 another named Stallone as the owner and Raul, the carpet tech, as friendly, informative and proud of his work. In July 2025, a repeat customer had carpets, couches, dining chairs and kitchen grout cleaned, and wrote that the grout was near black after 18 years and came out "SO CLEAN." In a December 2023 review, a customer says Stalone and his team removed more than 2,000 gallons of water from a basement after rain storms, stayed past midnight and returned the next day. In March 2026 a customer who owns a gym in Worcester and Sutton wrote that the company leaves the gym looking and smelling clean. In a September 2025 one-star review, a customer wrote that the phone service was good and the crew was on time, but said chairs and couches were left wet, dirty and smelling, and the hose was filthy and covered in pet hair. **Strengths:** - Old, stained carpets — October and June 2026 jobs on 25- and 20-year-old carpet - Fast booking — June 2026 job scheduled within 30 minutes of the call - Upholstery and rugs — couches, stair runners and wool rugs cleaned **Concerns:** - Wet, smelly furniture — September 2025 customer also cites a filthy hose **Where sources disagree:** - The company's listed address is 330 Tacoma St in Worcester, while a May 2023 Reddit post gives Carpet Revolution Steam Cleaning's address as 1241 Millbury St ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9 stars from 218 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Carpet%20Revolution%20CORP&query_place_id=ChIJtZ1AbNIl5IkRto5lf-Bie18) — “Google: 4.9★ from 218 ratings” - BBB grade of A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/worcester/profile/carpet-and-rug-cleaners/carpet-revolution-co-0261-326429) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - The company says it has been in business 13 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.carpetrevolutionsteaming.com) — “Self-reported 13 years in business” - In October 2026 a customer's 25-year-old basement carpet came out great after a phone quote and a visit within an hour _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21OSlYxTTBhWFJHUTI0d05rdFFORkJJWTFObE5uYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5f7b62e07f658eb6!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmNJV1M0aXRGQ24wNktQNFBIY1NlNnc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I called Carpet Resolutions for a quote cleaning my Basement carpet.
