Catamount Solar designs and installs solar systems, including off-grid ones. A recent customer said the team came out quickly to assess their off-grid needs and then built an off-grid installation on an island, even doing a bit of painting along the way. For a solar carport on a wooded mountain slope, a recent customer said Catamount helped locate a spot, explained finance options and tax credits, and built the structure.

A recent customer said Catamount designed and installed a rooftop solar array to power their home business. A 2026 customer said their installation was scheduled less than four weeks after signing the contract, and they arrived on time and did the entire job in one day. A 2025 customer said Chris and his team upgraded their 15-year-old off-grid system with a new inverter and lithium battery, completing the work in one day. A 2023 customer said Catamount sent techs to diagnose and reset an inverter on a system it had installed in 2014, at no charge.
